These terms govern access to and use of the Hoodspector website and scanning service.

Acceptance

By accessing or using Hoodspector, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Risk Disclaimer. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

Service purpose

Hoodspector provides automated, evidence-based information about selected Robinhood Chain token contracts. The service does not execute trades, hold funds or provide personalised advice.

Permitted use

You may use the website for lawful personal or business research. You must not interfere with the service, overload its infrastructure, attempt unauthorised access, bypass rate limits, submit malicious content, misrepresent a report or use the service for unlawful activity.

No warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hoodspector does not warrant uninterrupted availability, completeness, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or detection of every vulnerability, malicious function or future action.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for checking addresses and interpreting reports. You must perform independent research and obtain qualified advice where appropriate. You accept the risks of digital assets and blockchain transactions.

Third-party services

The website relies on third-party networks, explorers, RPC providers and hosting services. Hoodspector does not control their availability, accuracy, security or terms.

Intellectual property

The Hoodspector name, logo, interface, scoring presentation and original website content belong to Hoodspector (Pvt) Ltd or its licensors. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes and suspension

Features, scoring rules and these terms may be changed as the service develops. Access may be limited or suspended for maintenance, security, abuse prevention or legal reasons.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hoodspector (Pvt) Ltd will not be liable for trading losses, loss of tokens, loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, indirect loss or reliance on a scan. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing framework

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.
